CTH ACE 44 - HM

The ACE 44- HM is an automatic high speed case erector designed for RSC cases type Fefco 0200 and Fefco 0201. The machine extracts the cases from the magazine, opens the case, folds the bottom flaps and seals them by means of hot melt glue. The movement is obtained by 4 servomotors for a precise synchronization and full flexibility to adapt the cycle to different case sizes. The machine is built on a sturdy frame with high accessibility for cleaning and change over operations.
