Since the early years of our business, we have maintained a crucial collaboration with our partner, Tosa. The partnership between Clevertech and Tosa has been ongoing for over 25 years and has undergone significant evolutions benefiting both companies over time.

In response to specific market demands, Clevertech expanded its scope beyond the provision of palletizing systems and conveying lines to include other essential elements of a complete and integrated production line. Our customers sought harmonization among the various machines in the production line, prompting both companies to collaborate closely to ensure that Tosa's products adhered to Clevertech's design specifications.

Tosa has consistently been a reliable partner, renowned for the quality of its products, making it an ideal collaborator for Clevertech. Tosa's positive response from the project's outset fuelled the collaboration, not only commercially but also technically, with the establishment of precise guidelines to ensure perfect alignment between the products of both companies.

This collaboration extended beyond hardware design, encompassing software development, electrical design, technical documentation, and spare parts management, ensuring complete consistency for the end customer between Tosa's and Clevertech's solutions.

The partnership began with pallet stretch wrappers and successfully expanded to include strapping machines and other requested equipment. Presently, the two companies collaborate on supplying approximately 30-40 integrated production lines per year. Moreover, the modularity of the lines allows for swift upgrades from both sides.

This collaboration also led to the creation of a completely new solution to address the challenge of applying corner protectors to single or stacked pallets. Thanks to the synergy between our technical departments and the consolidated collaboration, an innovative solution was developed, integrating a rotating ring wrapper with four anthropomorphic robots capable of handling both single and stacked pallets. This approach enabled the customer to manage both types of products with a single machine, ensuring reduced space occupancy and a compact, integrated solution.

Over the years, we have also formed significant commercial collaborations with other partners, such as the Rete, Packpact projects, and the current Smart Packaging Hub, which boasts the participation of six companies.
